Fisher is back for the weekend with us. Nana and Popa and Auntie Sheri and Uncle Robbie were kind enough to take Fisher while we were getting used to having Greyson at home. Greyson and Fisher have already met a few times and Greyson is much more interested in Fisher than the other way around.
Fisher is Back
by nicoleGreyson and the Sippy Cup
by nicoleGreyson is VERY interested in watching us eat and drink now, but especially drink. It’s really hard to hold him now and have a drink since he’s always “helping”. So we bought him his very own cup and gave him a tiny bit of water to try drinking. You can see in these video that he really gets it, amazing considering he’s only ever watched us drink, until the end when he tries to drink out of the handle. Watch really closely in the first three seconds he gets a really disgusted face when he actually gets some water, probably because it’s kinda cold.
More soon
by nicoleSorry I haven’t been posting much lately. I finally went to the walk in clinic last night and have some sort of virus, not much to do except try to rest (haha). My fever is a little better today. More important than anything though, Greyson seems fine, he is busy chewing on everything (maybe that 2nd tooth is on it’s way?). I’ll try to post something more interesting tomorrow.
Already putting his foot in his mouth
by nicoleHere are a few pictures from the weekend. Greyson is still chewing on everything, including his feet! He was given some wonderful toys by his Auntie Sheri and Uncle Robbie this weekend (he’s so spoiled!), here is a picture of Greyson checking out Curious George after he popped out of the Jack-In-The-Box. He’s sitting up so well now!
Baby Giggles
by nicoleThe bear that caused Greyson’s first belly laugh was a source of endless giggles today!
Watching Moto GP
by nicoleSitting Up on his own
by nicoleWe caught a video of Greyson sitting up on his own tonight. Justin is sitting behind him in case he gets a little wobbly, he just puts his hands on Greyson’s legs to steady him. Greyson loves sitting up, in fact he’s not a huge fan of lying on his back anymore to play so we spend a lot of time making sure he doesn’t topple over! He has also developed a new sound, a sort of screech made out of frustration, we think he’s wanting things that are out of his reach now… next step is for him to figure out how to get them himself (this sound is not on the video it is very loud)!
No more toothless smiles

by nicoleGreyson’s New Chair
by nicoleGreyson is getting ready to start eating solids next month so we bought his chair today! Justin’s cousin Lale uses this chair for her son Parker and they love it. It’s portable and also gets him up right at the table. We took out his dishes his Auntie Tara bought him so he could play a little in his chair. He sits really well in it already, I think he’s ready for dinner!
